AP week = no sleep and little politics

So this week and last week have been rather exciting with all of the preperations (heh) for AP and getting things in JSA redy for the summer and next year.

Thats not to say that life is without politics...

Tom DeLay is still at the center of an ethics scandal and the Dems finally won a battle in Congress with Speaker hastert relenting and stopping the ethics changes. Its about time that we picked up some credibility and stopped these radicals
before they could really cause some damage.

Also in the news is the runaway bride from Georgia. Bill O'Reilly said at the beinning of the week that "...this must have been a crime...he [the fiance] must have been involved..." Thats it Bill. Good Frickin' job. Of course at this point we all know that the runaway bride did indeed flee from her home state and wound up in New Mexico. The Fiance did nothing wrong and actually took her back upon her extradition to Georgia.

And whats a blog entry on 5/5/05 without a mention of British Elections! As angry as I have been at Tony Blair about the war and his unbelievable idea to cooperate with our President I still support his candidacy and wish him the best of luck in the General Elections against the Conservatives. Good Luck also to the Liberal Democrats ( I foresee a US name change) in the UK with their elections for parliament seats across the 'ole isle.

Of course Howard Dean had his own comments regarding the elections in the (in support of the Liberal Democrats):
"We're gonna take this election across England! From Sussex to Bath, Dover to Liverpool, Manchester, Cambridge, and then London! MAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

Good Luck Tony and George

Hopefully we can pick up at least one election within a year.

Peace, Bread, and of course, Revolution
